A five-day March Break movement series for ages 12 and up, hosted inside the SEQUINS clubhouse.
Classes are moderately paced with a comfortable challenge, designed to build strength, balance, and coordination while encouraging body awareness and confidence. Think structured, clear, and engaging. It’s movement that wakes you up in a good way.
There’s an ease that comes from moving together. The music is excellent, the energy is social without being loud, and something shifts when a room starts to move as one. This series supports growing bodies while offering focus, connection, and a little spark that lingers after class.
