    Afton, our Princess of Pulse, teaches with the precision of a concert pianist and the spark of a living room dance party, blinds up & spirits high. Her classes blend strength, Pilates, and a dash of ballet into something bright and unforgettable. Expect joy, sweat, and the kind of burn you’ll want to write home about.

  • CHELSEA

    Chelsea Cottrell teaches with the warmth of a best friend and the wisdom of someone who knows just how much the body can both hold, and release. Her classes are gently rigorous, delightfully sneaky, and rooted in trauma-informed care. You’ll giggle, glisten, and maybe, just maybe, even soften a little. Movement with Chelsea feels like coming home to yourself, just with the pull of an unforgettable playlist.

  • ERIN

    Erin, a practicing chiropractor with sharp anatomical cues and a softer landing, brings grounded wisdom to every class. Passionate about movement as prevention, she blends fascia-friendly magic, breath, and stretch with just the right dose of campfire charm. Whether you’re bouncing back or just beginning, her classes welcome you in. Come as you are, leave taller and softly reassembled.

    A dancer to her core, with movement flowing through her like music you can not only hear, but feel. Trained in yoga, Pilates, Reformer, and deeply attuned to pre and postnatal care, she brings grace and intelligence to every sequence. Her playlists charm, her flows awaken, and each class is an invitation to lead you back to yourself.

  • MACKENZIE

    Mackenzie teaches from a place of playful curiosity, inviting that unmistakable flutter that comes when you drop into sensation and let it lead. Her classes feel like singing in the dining hall at camp, or the softness that settles when the fire burns low. You’ll leave radiant, a little more in tune with yourself, and possibly asking for her playlist, or a hug.

    Sean (he/him) A professional dancer and fitness alchemist with nearly a decade of teaching experience. Sean teaches with the brain of a biomechanist and the charm of someone with jazz in his bloodstream. He blends barre, Pilates, and boundless curiosity into sequences that spark sensation and sharpen awareness. One moment you’re deep in breath and alignment, the next you’re mid-burn and grinning, half from effort, half from wondering if his dog barks to the beat of his playlists.
