BOOKING A CLASS

  • Classes open for booking 7 days in advance via Marianatek. Create an account, ensure your membership or class pack is active.

  • For seamless booking - download the Sequins App to manage your classes and purchases | iOS | Android

  • Please reserve your class online, ahead of class to limit congestion at check-in and to guarantee your spot.

PURCHASING A CLASS PACK OR MEMBERSHIP

  • Buy your class packs or memberships here.

  • Cancel memberships with 30 days’ written notice. Pauses are allowed 3 times per year for a maximum of 1 month, and minimum of 2 weeks.

  • Intro packs? Once activated, they’re yours, non-transferable. If you’d like to gift to someone before it has been used, you can email us at hi@sequinsto.com

  • Class packs expire. 5 Packs (3 months) 10 & 20 Packs (6 months).  Single drop-ins, Golden Hour, Free Class expire after 30 days from purchase.

  • We do not accept cash. If you need assistance for making a payment, email us at hi@sequinsto.com

CLASS EXPIRATION

  • Class Packs - 5 Pack - 3 months | 10 & 20 Pack - 6 months

  • Single Drop-ins 30 days (also applies to free class & Golden Hour & On the Rise)

  • Monthly Memberships (4x, 8x and unlimited): Classes auto-renew but expire at the end of each 4-week period. Unused classes don’t roll over, use them or lose them.

ARRIVING

  • As my mother would say ‘if you’re on time, you’re already late”

  • Doors open 15 minutes before class. Arrive 5-15 minutes early to check in, change, and settle in.

  • Shoes and personal items? Off to the Boot Room downstairs.

  • Arrive late? The door locks 1 minute after class starts. Your credit will be forfeited, or unlimited members will be charged $20.

FIRST TIMER

Welcome!

  • Learn more about your first time experience here.

  • Come early, 10 to 15 minutes will do-to sign the waiver, meet your teacher, and settle in. A gentle start makes for a graceful arrival.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

  • Class Packs/Single Drop-Ins: Cancel less than 6 hours ahead? Your class will be forfeited.

  • Memberships (4x or 8x): Loss of class credit.

  • Unlimited Memberships + Intro Offer: Cancel late or no-show, and it’s a $6 fee.

WAITLIST

  • Sign up, track your position, and be ready to jump in if a spot opens (you’ll be notified depending on your preferences). Waitlist closes 2 hours before class.

  • Added last-minute but can’t make it? It’s still a late cancellation.

REFUND & RETURNS

  • No refunds for unused sessions, changes of heart, or studio closures. Class packs and memberships are non-transferable.

PARKING

  • No onsite parking, but free street parking after 7 am and paid spots along Parliament Street await after 9am.

PREGNANCY & BODY AWARENESS

  • Let us know if you’re pregnant or have specific body needs.

  • Teachers will accommodate as best they can, but for ongoing support, private sessions are the way to go.

YOUR BELONGINGS

  • During class, the studio doors are locked.

  • Your belongings in the boot room- phones included. Sequins is a strict No Phone Zone.

  • Apple Watch wearer? Theatre mode only, please.

STUDIO FACILITIES

  • Two single-use washrooms.

  • Spacious Boot Room for your coats, shoes, and bags - leave your valuables at home.

  • Filtered water dispenser for refills.

  • All equipment (including mats) provided, just bring yourself.
