WHAT TO EXPECT

Classes unfold inside our luminous studio, with clever use of a custom wall system (you’ll see):

  • Slings for Connect Core

  • Barres for those glorious pulses in Barre Call

  • Mats for grounded flows, nervous system exhales, and heart-stirring cardio combinations you’ll find in: Sequins, Pilat-EASE, Stretch Limo, Duck Comfit.

You’ll shimmer, strengthen, bliss out, and occasionally laugh mid-burn. Sequins is here to help you find your footing, your breath, and your beat.

CLASSES

    BARRE CALL

    A dynamic barre class blending strength and stability with resistance bands, weights, and squish balls. Feel the burn build and leave glowing.

    Build core strength and balance in this Pilates-based class using a wall Sling for extra feedback. Controlled effort, steady results.

    A Yoga class that feels like dusting off a favourite record: Stretch Limo brings back the shapes you know and love.

    Served up nice and slow, Pilat-EASE is a thoughtful return to the essentials of Pilates. Perfect for those new to movement, or simply in the mood to move with more care than flair.

YOUR FIRST TIME ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE

A few simple steps help to keep your arrival smooth, the space serene, and class flowing right on time.

  • For your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class.

  • Sign your waiver ahead of time here | it keeps check-in seamless.

  • Parking: Paid along Parliament after 9AM; free on nearby side streets after 7AM.

  • Phones: Keep them stowed in your locker in the boot room (locks are provided).

  • Shoes: Off at the entrance, carried to the Bootroom, and are to be kept off until you step back outside. 

  • Booking: Download our app Android or iOS to make scheduling classes, checking into class, cancelling, and purchasing simple. 

  • Class Cancellation Policy:  Reminder to cancel your class outside of the 12 hr cancellation window to avoid incurring a $20 no-show fee.

  • Arrivals: Due to the nature of the space, we cannot allow late entry into classes.

    • Shoes: Classes are barefoot or you can wear grippy socks

    • Valuables: They’re safer at home

    • Phone: Leave it in the Boot Room

    • Kids or spectators: Classes are for participants only

    • Cancel at least 12 hours before; otherwise, you face a $20 fee.
